WHAT WE DO
Koremen is a Home Modification Assessment provider for the Aged and Disabled Waiver (Pathways For Aging), Vocational Rehabilitation, and for anyone interested in an home modification evaluation. Our services include creation of the Bid Packet (SPEC), which your organization may use to solicit Home Modification bids from contractors, Final Inspection (EXAM), which indicates clearly to the client, the contractor, and the case manager that the job is complete, and our Home Safety and Access Evaluation for those that are not eligible through the Medicaid waiver.

BID PACKET CREATION
Our goal is to provide the most efficient method to deliver quality modifications for your needs. We work with the client and deliver the proper specifications to your Care Manager or Counselor in order for them to receive contractor quotes that are easily distinguishable. Our SPEC helps make this process easier to understand from all angles.
FINAL INSPECTION
When the contractor has finished the job, the Care Manager should call Koremen to perform a final inspection EXAM. During the final inspection, we will make sure that the contractors did the work that was required of them inside the bid packet. If there are still items that need addressed, we will relay those to the Care Manager for them to follow up with the contractor.
HOME SAFETY AND ACCESS EVALUATION
If you are not currently eligible for the Aged and Disabled Waiver through Medicaid or a client of Vocational Rehabilitation, you can still get an evaluation of your home. Click below to learn more about our Home Safety and Access Evaluation options.
